Currently our spring and summer rental rates range from $125-$140 per night with a two night minimum stay.

On long weekends we prefer three night reservations.

We provide a discount on seven nights stays.

Our fall and winter rates average $125 per night and our Christmas season $140 per night.

Cleaning fee is also payable in addition to the rental, averages $85 per stay.

We take payment by MasterCard and Visa or E-transfers with a credit card needed on file for damages.

Guest must comply with our posted Rules of Conduct from the condo association.

Reservations Procedure & Cancellation Policy Summary

  • Full payment required at reservation date in $CDN
  • Payments by credit card – VISA/MasterCard, e-payments a new option in 2016
  • Cancellation by fax (403) 286-9638 or e-mail ( ONLY
  • Cancel 21 days prior to check-in date – full refund
  • Cancel 8 to 20 days prior to check-in date – 75% refund of deposit
  • Cancel 7 days or less – 50% refund of deposit
  • Reservations are deemed ‘confirmed’ by e-mail upon receipt of rental payment.
  • Reservation contract – emailed – provides location, access information and Rules of Conduct
  • Guests must comply with all terms of contract and conduct rules during their stay.
  • Only named guests provided at booking are permitted to stay overnight in the condo unit.
