The Radium Hot Springs are just 2 km away inside Kootenay National Park, where you will also find over 200km of scenic hiking trails. The nearby Columbia River Wetlands make up the longest continuous stretch of wetlands in North America, which means that it's a terrific place to see hundreds of species of birds from all over the continent.
