Deposit, Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Full payment required at reservation date

• Payments by credit card - VISA

• Cancellation by fax or e-mail only

• Cancel 21 days prior to check-in date – full refund

• Cancel 8 to 20 days prior to check-in date – 75%

• Cancel 7 days or less – no refund

• Reservations confirmed by e-mail or fax upon receipt of Rental payment.

• Rental Agreement confirms property location, access information and house rules

Rental Agreement

• No overnight guests beyond those confirmed at time of reservation.

• No pets, no smoking permitted in suite or on patio area.

• Local telephone calls only (long distance restricted).

• Skis & bikes not permitted inside units, secure storage provided in underground parking area.

• Please remove all outside footwear while inside the condo.

• A washer/dryer, cleaning supplies and everyday condiments are provided for your use.

• Towels for use at pool and hot tub area are provided in bedroom dresser.

• Garbage is to be removed to Garbage Building adjacent to condo building.

• Children must be supervised at all times on site and in the pool area.

• Please secure doors & windows, and turn down heat when leaving the condo unit.

• Return keys & garage door opener to the local manager at check-out.

• Return keys & under ground parking door opener to the local manager at checkout.

• Accidents happen - damage repairs/replacement costs are charged to Renter's credit card.

• Building access key is required to enter the pool/hot tub Amenities Building.

• Renters are governed by the same rules of conduct applied to owners/tenants of The Peaks.
